Instructors Ani Zangmo and Tsering Chodron would like to invite to join Chetsun Nyingtik Ngondro online guided practice in August 2025

Regardless of which section of Ngondro we are currently focusing on, practising the full text from time to time gives us a sense of the richness of the overall CNN practice. Practising in a group can really lift the energy of our practice.

We will be following the CNN Adzom Drukpa text with commentary: available from Ngondro Gar Resources.
